Since opening the agency in 2015, we've grown into a team of eight professionals focused on helping customers protect what matters most while building meaningful relationships in our community. Prior to becoming an agent, I spent 10 years in automotive finance, where I developed a passion for helping people make important financial decisions and achieve their goals. Having lived in this area my entire life, I'm proud to serve the community that helped shape who I am. Outside of work, you'll often find me spending time with my dog, Winston, and staying involved in local events and community initiatives. Giving back and supporting the people around us is something that's important to both me and our agency. Our office culture is one of collaboration, support, and growth. We work hard, but we keep things laid back and enjoyable. I believe in being available for my team, providing guidance when needed, and creating an environment where people can succeed without being micromanaged. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Natalie Gajewski - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
