Regional Sales Manager
Your responsibilities will include Developing a distribution plan for the region, with individual strategies per customer, territory and segment Developing/sustaining key relationships with existing and potential new customers Collaborate with marketing and brand for successful go-to-market plans Collaborate with engineering and product development on feature/product feedback and market needs assessment and launches work and at home, including: Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of sales experience in the commercial laundry industry Technical selling experience Learner mentality Solution oriented Strong analytical and negotiation skills Exceptional communicator with impeccable interpersonal skills Insatiable appetite to meet and exceed revenue, profit, and volume goals Self-starter with the ability to develop and drive sales strategy Dynamic motivator/leader Strong driver of change Solid knowledge of professional sales process and insights-driven selling Passion for product knowledge Strong familiarity with multi housing, vended and OPL segments In-depth intelligence of the industry
