About the Role:
Join Eighty Two Hundred LLC as a Crew Member in Sterling Heights, MI, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests promptly.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Food safety certification is a plus but not required.
