Apera is led by an experienced team from high-growth companies focused on robotics, artificial intelligence, and advanced manufacturing.

We are looking for a talented Contract Engineering Recruiter with strong sourcing skills for an 8 week project starting on September 29. You will work closely with hiring managers to build pipelines, manage full-cycle hiring, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires:

• Managing recruitment for technical roles across Apera AI
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Screening and guiding candidates through selection, assessment, interview, and offer stages
• Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft postings

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of engineering recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
• Experience sourcing engineering roles (Field Application Engineering, Robotics, or Engineering)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, preferably) and LinkedIn
• Able to interview on Thursday through Sunday, September 25-28
• Able to start on Monday, September 29
  

Desirable Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of the Michigan tech talent market
• Experience recruiting for tech roles related to Robotics or AI
• Creative approaches to enhance candidate experience.
