Job Description: We are seeking a full-time Entry Level Assistant Contract Administrator to assist sales team with health services research data collection proposals and contracting. The position will be responsible for working with sales team to implement all aspects of proposals, budgeting and contracting. Tasks Include: Using MS Word for collating and developing proposals, using Excel for budget projections, working with the client to define scope of the project and contract management.

Minimum Qualifications: BA or BS in a social science, math or other liberal arts degree program or H.S. diploma along with comparable work experience. Candidate is knowledgeable about social science research; demonstrates strong organizational, communication and computer skills; values attention to detail; process oriented.

Preferred Qualifications: 1 - 2 years full time work experience, Experience with Health Plan Administration, HEDIS Quality measures or contract management.
