Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care traveling assignment in Rose City, Michigan. Start date: 06/22/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,282 to $1,355 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (6:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.). Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility providing long-term resident care. Travel - Temporary Assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC. This role requires active licensure, current BLS, and travel experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for a group of residents under supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON
- Assess residents, implement and evaluate plans of care, and adjust as needed
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor responses and document findings
- Manage the care environment to ensure resident safety and comfort
- Supervise nursing assistants and care staff; coordinate daily activities and care delivery
- Adhere to the State Nurse Practice Act, facility policies, and any applicable JCAHO standards
- Be willing to float to other units as needed to support experienced staff

Requirements
- Active Michigan Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Minimum two years of SNF/LTC experience; previous travel experience preferred
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Covid-19 vaccine required
- Prior travel experience required
- MI iCHAT account and authorization to schedule fingerprinting (agency must have an active iCHAT account)
