Lakeshore Tire&Auto Service DBA Cruise Transmission and Auto Repair is looking for a skilled Experienced Automotive Technician to join our team in Charlevoix, MI.

What You'll Do

• Perform automotive repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
• Handle transmission repair work and advanced mechanical repairs
• Perform some diagnostic work as needed
• Work closely with a tight-knit team in a fast-paced shop environment
• Support shop growth while continuing to develop your own skills
• Follow quality standards and communicate clearly with the team

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience in a independent shop setting
  
• Some diagnostic experience required
• Transmission repair experience preferred
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Willingness to obtain ASE certifications required
• Strong communication skills
• Team-first attitude
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a smaller shop setting
• Dependable, adaptable, and motivated to grow
