Position Purpose
The Marketing Intelligence Manager translates marketing and member data into actionable insight that fuels Vibe Credit Union's long-term growth plan. The role owns the design and coordination of our marketing‑data tracking systems, serves as the resident expert on target and branch markets, and partners with cross‑functional teams to optimize marketing performance and member engagement. This is an individual‑contributor position with broad influence but no direct reports.
Essential Duties
- Data Infrastructure & Tracking Ownership
- Build or oversee the build of end‑to‑end tracking systems that integrate Constant Contact, Sprout Social, paid‑media platforms, CRM, and core‑banking data.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and scalability in partnership with IT and external vendors.
- Analytics‑Tech Budget & Vendor Management
- Own the analytics‑technology and data‑integration budget and manage relationships with analytics, attribution, and data‑engineering vendors.
- Market & Member Insights
- Serve as the in‑house expert on target markets, branch‑level demographics, and engaged‑member segments.
- Develop segmentation frameworks and deliver quarterly insight briefs that guide campaign and product strategy.
- Performance Analysis
- Analyze marketing campaigns and customer behavior, identifying trends and insights to improve ROI.
- Track and report KPIs such as conversion rate, customer‑acquisition cost, and engagement metrics.
- Reporting & Visualization
- Prepare clear, insightful dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Present findings to marketing leadership and other stakeholders to drive data‑led decisions.
- Process Improvement & Automation
- Continuously refine analytics processes, automating data flows and reporting where possible.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize campaign performance and operational efficiency.
- Enterprise KPI Governance
- Define and enforce single‑source‑of‑truth KPIs in partnership with Product, Lending, Retail, and Risk teams to drive consistent decision‑making.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with Sales, Product, IT, and branch leaders to align analytics efforts with business objectives.
- Translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of hands‑on marketing analytics or business‑intelligence experience (high‑potential candidates with 3-5 years will be considered).
- Proven ownership of data‑tracking or segmentation initiatives that span multiple platforms.
- Proficiency with Excel, GA4, and a BI/visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and joining data sets.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Constant Contact, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in financial services or the credit‑union industry.
- Familiarity with demographic or GIS market‑segmentation tools.
- Experience coordinating vendors or data‑engineering resources.
