Job Responsibilities

• Arriving at customers’ homes on time with all supplies required for the job.
• Following a checklist to complete tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms in a residential setting.
• Occasional odd jobs may be available upon request by our customers. No team member is required to accept any additional odd job requests, but may accept any that are available and that fit into their desired schedule.
• Reporting completion of each job

• Must have reliable transportation and must be able to get to and from scheduled appointments
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work alone and with others
• Must be able to work at a fast pace to get jobs done within given time limit Job

Job Duties

• Residential cleaning tasks include, but are not limited to dusting, cleaning kitchens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping
• Outdoor work (weeding, planting, tree trimming) is available seasonally

Job Description :

We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and fun individuals to join our team of five star residential cleaning technicians. Experience is a plus, but is not necessary, as guidance will be provided for all new team members.

Work is mostly in the Chelsea, Jackson, and Ann Arbor areas.

Our team is responsible for driving themselves to our customers’ homes.

A normal day may include cleaning one large house, or two to three smaller houses. Cleaning technicians may be assigned to work alone, with another technician, or a combination of both. We offer flexible scheduling with no schedule requirements other than being available for a minimum of 6 hours/week during our normal business hours. We do not require weekend or evening hours, but these hours may be available on a case to case basis if desired. Our regular hours of operation are weekdays between 8am-5pm. We will not schedule anyone outside of their written availability. Schedules are consistent, as all of our customers have regular, recurring appointments.

Compensation

Cleaning Technicians are paid by the job, per billable hour. Pay starts at $20/customer billed hours.
