Location: Andy’s Ace Hardware – M&M Plaza, Menominee, MI

Schedule: Evenings and weekends | 10–20 hours/week | Schedule posted 2 weeks in advance

Pay: $13–$15/hour (based on experience)

Do you enjoy helping people, working with your hands, and being part of a team? Andy’s Ace Hardware is looking for friendly, reliable individuals to join us evenings and weekends. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where you’ll learn valuable skills and be part of a family-run business that’s been serving the Marinette and Menominee communities for over 15 years.

What You’ll Do:

· Greet customers with a positive attitude and assist them with their shopping needs

· Learn product locations and guide customers to the right solutions

· Operate the register and handle transactions accurately

· Restock shelves, face products, and maintain a clean store

· Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise

· Support your teammates and help make sure customers leave happy

What We’re Looking For:

· Outgoing personality and strong communication skills

· Willingness to learn—hardware experience is a plus but not required

· Must be able to stand/walk for 6–8 hours per shift

· Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs

· Must be 16 years or older
