Engineering Project Manager
Effectively leading project teams in the study, design, and construction of projects. Work will be primarily focused on municipal with some minor private development work
Successfully developing and maintaining client relationships
Providing ongoing mentoring to other Engineering team members in technical and project management tasks
Actively participating in business development activities including research of potential market and project opportunities.
Preparation of work scopes and budgeting, taking part in project interviews.
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
Michigan P.E. Registration
10+ years of professional design experience including roads, stormwater, water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, and site grading.
Experience in project and client management
Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Must be self-motivated and able to work well with others in a professional hands-on environment
Excellent technical writing, organizational, and communication skills
