GRAND BLANC, MI
FULL-TIME
$60,000 - $70,000
Must be available to work nights/weekends
Our growing company is looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager in Grand Blanc, MI. The ideal General Manager is a service-driven, results-oriented leader who excels at developing teams, driving revenue growth, creating exceptional customer experiences, and building a strong community presence while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop team members while establishing clear expectations and accountability
- Drive revenue growth through memberships, events, community partnerships, and exceptional customer experiences
- Oversee all daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, facility maintenance, and safety compliance
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and ensure every guest leaves with a positive experience
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of General Manager experience in either a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
- Proven success in a leadership role with responsibility for sales, customer service, and operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience hiring, training, scheduling, and developing team members
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve performance goals
- Comfortable managing budgets, vendors, maintenance, and operational metrics
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
