As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Fox CDJR Southfield, you will be the welcoming face for every customer stepping into our vibrant dealership showroom or sales lot! Your role will involve approaching and greeting customers, offering them assistance to ensure a memorable experience. With a commitment to excellence, you'll stay updated on the latest vehicle information, showcasing your extensive knowledge about performance, safety, and benefits.

You will perform professional vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features that match customer needs. Utilizing dealership systems, you'll manage pre and post-follow-up, building a robust client database. You’ll also maintain an understanding of vehicle values, finance products, and Fox programs to offer tailored solutions.

By ensuring our showroom is inviting and well-prepared, you'll help create an enjoyable atmosphere, all while following Fox processes for vehicle delivery. Your responsibilities will be dynamic, ensuring no day is the same as you contribute to our customer-focused culture!

To thrive as an Automotive Sales Consultant at Fox CDJR Southfield, you will need a combination of essential skills and qualifications. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with one to three months of related experience or training, providing a solid foundation for success. Proficiency with computer systems is vital, as you will manage the CRM system and utilize email for effective communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, persuading them to explore and ultimately purchase new vehicles.

Additionally, a valid driver’s license is necessary, enabling you to assist customers with test drives and vehicle deliveries. • •High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• •Computer Proficiencies - required to maintain CRM system and email.
• •Communication skills (written and verbal) – excellent communication skills are required to interact with customer and persuade them to purchase a new vehicle.
