Salary Range: $142,000 - $193,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all daily plant operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, budgets, and resource allocation plans to optimize plant performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Oversee maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and report on plant performance to senior management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
• Proven track record in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop large, diverse teams to achieve operational excellence and safety goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., automation, IoT)
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish)
