Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborer to join our team in Fraser, MI. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are looking to contribute to a dynamic environment. As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various operations, ensuring that our facility runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities- Assist with loading and unloading materials and products.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Support skilled tradespeople in various tasks as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe workplace.
- Operate basic hand and power tools as required.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
