Current Available Positions:

• Direct Care Worker: Specifically Full-time 2nd shift | Time: 4:00pm - 12:00am availability

• Direct Care Worker: Specifically Full-Time 1st shift | Time: 7:00am - 3:00pm availability

Date of Open Interviews: Monday - Friday from 10:00am - 3:00pm

Position Overview:

As a Direct Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily living activities, facilitating participation in planned activities, and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assist clients with daily activities and personal care.
• Implement treatment plans as directed by the Group Home Manager.
• Accurately document client behaviors and responses.
• Administer medications in accordance with established protocols.
• Provide safe transportation for clients to various activities.
• Participate in household maintenance and upkeep as required.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in direct care or related fields preferred by not required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and reference verification is mandatory.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
