Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
• Perform hair styling services, including cuts, color services and hair treatments.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace in compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize salon software for managing client records.
• Stay updated on industry and Aveda trends and techniques to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

• State of Michigan license is required or currently attending cosmetology school if applying for assistant position
