ESTATE GARDENER - BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MI

Private family estate offers a wonderful, full-time, year-round career opportunity for an experienced gardener. We are seeking an individual who would enjoy working as a team with another full-time gardener. Schedule is 10 months/year. (2 consecutive winter months off per year), Monday-Friday, flexible hours to accommodate season, weather, etc..

Responsibilities involve starting seeds, planting and caring for annuals and vegetables, weeding, light pruning, watering, and daily clean up. Turf and big projects are handled by contractors. Must be able to work closely with contractors on aspects of landscape management as well as exterior housework. We are seeking a flexible individual who is passionate about gardening, service oriented and comfortable doing occasional errands for the principals.

Requirements include:

• Professional gardening experience
• Strong plant knowledge
• Ability to work outside in all types of weather
• Willingness to work 5 days/week, year round
• Discretion and positive attitude
• Clean background check
• Signed confidentiality agreement

Great hourly wages offered!
