Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee all quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and statistical process control.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure products and processes comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
• Manage supplier quality, including audits, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor key quality performance indicators.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits and facilitate non-conformance resolution.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge and practical application of ISO 9001 (or relevant industry standard) quality management systems.
• Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Demonstrated leadership ability in driving continuous improvement and managing quality teams.
• ASQ certification (e.g., CQM/OE, CQE) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with specific industry quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485)
• Lean manufacturing certification or extensive practical application experience
