Salary Range: $76,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Provide expert electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic support to minimize production downtime.
• Manage electrical capital projects from conception to commissioning, ensuring budget and schedule adherence.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety standards (e.g., NEC, NFPA 70E) and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for electrical systems.
• Support the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of plant electrical infrastructure and machinery.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Siemens) and HMI development.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, installing, and troubleshooting industrial electrical control systems.
• Strong understanding of motor control systems, including VFDs, servo drives, and industrial power distribution.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations (e.g., NFPA 70E, OSHA).
• Experience with electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical) for schematic design and panel layouts.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell).
• Proficiency in electrical CAD software such as AutoCAD Electrical or SolidWorks Electrical.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Experience with vision systems, robotics, or other advanced manufacturing technologies.
