Duties
- Serves as a Facility Aid in a Fitness Facility and works under the direction of the Facility Manager.
- Assists the Facility Manager in the overall operation of a fitness facility.
- Assists in setting up for instructors, contractors, events, athletic activities, and related functions.
- Assists with publicity of programs and events and assists with the delivery and placement of posters, flyers and other promotional material.
- Issues/receives equipment to authorized users. Monitors fitness equipment condition, tracks maintenance and repair or replacement as appropriate. Performs other duties as assigned.

- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Must possess the following within 6 months of employment: MWR Orientation Course, Customer Service. MWR to pay for all training after first day of work.
