The Summers Agency is looking for motivated individuals to launch a rewarding career in life and health insurance. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, giving you the freedom to design your schedule while building long-term financial security.

What You’ll Do

• Work with warm leads from clients actively searching for coverage

• Customize solutions based on each client’s unique needs and goals

• Meet with clients via phone, Zoom, in-person, or over a meal

• Guide clients through the application process using our streamlined platform

• Earn direct commissions, with some policies paying out as quickly as the next day

Compensation

• 1099, commission-only role (no quotas or income caps)

• Part-time (15–20 hrs/week): $3,000–$5,000/month (~$70K/year)

• Full-time: $10,000–$15,000/month (~$150K/year)

• Additional performance bonuses, trips, and incentives available
