**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the assigned location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
+ Monitor access points and authorized areas, verifying identification and credentials as required by site protocols.
+ Communicate clearly with team members, site personnel, and local authorities when necessary.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents in accordance with Allied Universal and client guidelines.
+ Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and unusual occurrences as directed by site procedures.
+ Remain alert and attentive to surroundings, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the assignment.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ An armed guard card or license is preferred.
+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
