Position: Overnight Caregiver (1099 Contractor)
Schedule: Every Friday | 9:00 PM – 10:00 AM
Pay: $23/hour
Location: Dearborn, Michigan

About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, compassionate overnight caregiver to assist an elderly female client in a calm home environment. This is a consistent weekly overnight shift ideal for someone experienced with senior care, companionship, supervision, and overnight support.
The ideal caregiver is patient, attentive, respectful, and comfortable providing assistance during nighttime hours while helping maintain a safe and peaceful environment.
Responsibilities
- Overnight supervision and companionship
- Assisting with mobility and transfers if needed
- Light personal care assistance
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping related to the client
- Assisting with toileting if necessary
- Monitoring safety throughout the night
- Providing calm, respectful support to the client and family
Requirements
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Female caregiver preferred due to client’s personal care and privacy needs.
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to remain attentive during overnight hours
- Professional, compassionate demeanor
- Must pass background screening
- CPR/First Aid preferred but not required
Compensation & Structure
- $21/hour
- Paid as a 1099 independent contractor
- Consistent weekly overnight schedule
- Opportunity for additional hours in the future
