Information Technology Support Technician

Flatrock is dedicated to providing compassionate adult foster care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in licensed homes across Michigan. Our homes are staffed 24/7 and emphasize tailored behavioral health support, therapy, and wellness programs that promote connection, growth, and independence for residents.
Responsibilities:- Provide hands-on technical support for computers, printers, mobile devices, and phones
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding in Microsoft 365 (account setup, access, deactivation)
- Support Microsoft 365 tools like Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Troubleshoot login issues, passwords, and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Track and maintain IT assets and device inventory
- Ensure systems stay updated (Windows, antivirus, Office)
- Log and resolve issues through our IT ticketing system
- Troubleshoot WiFi, printers, and network connectivity
- Assist with facility tech systems (e.g., camera monitoring software)
- Document solutions to improve internal processes
- Travel to company locations as needed to provide on-site support
- Deliver friendly, service-oriented support to all staff
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of IT support or help desk experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly way
- Strong organization and time management skills
