Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Claims Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing claims using the Impact software. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance
Pay Rate: $55-$65 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:

Claims Management: Analyze and process claims using the Impact software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Integrations - working with 3rd parties on integrations between the tool and the payor/providers

Data Analysis: Utilize Impact to extract and analyze data, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement in claims processing.

Reporting: Generate detailed reports on claims status, trends, and outcomes using Impact, and present findings to management and other stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as underwriting and customer service, to resolve claims issues and improve processes.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims activities and communications in the Impact system.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance claims processing efficiency and effectiveness, and implement solutions in collaboration with the team.
Experience Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in claims management or a related field, with proficiency in using the Impact software.

Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. Experience with Impact software is required.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on data analysis.

Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing claims and data.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
