Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile, hardworking Logistics Associate to join our team. This is a Temp-to-Hire position (eligible for permanent hire after 480 hours) for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to jump in where needed. Position Overview Pay: $18.50/hr Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Schedule Note: Mandatory Overtime. You must be willing to arrive early, stay late, or work weekends based on operational needs. Status: Temp-to-Hire (480-hour probationary period) Key Responsibilities Equipment Operation: Safely operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and stage materials. Material Handling: Assist with re-pack and banding stations to ensure products are secured and ready for shipment. Team Support: Maintain a "wherever needed" attitude, rotating between forklift operation and manual warehouse tasks as directed by the Logistics Team. Safety & Quality: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure inventory accuracy during movement. Requirements Experience: Must have at least 6 months of provable forklift experience within the last 18 months. Equipment Proficiency: Competency on both sit-down and stand-up models is required. Flexibility: Willingness to perform manual labor (banding/re-packing) and shift tasks quickly. Availability: Must be able to commit to the 10p-6a schedule plus mandatory overtime requirements.

• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.
