Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to cover and grow an existing territory. Our ideal candidate will live in the Midwest to be able to effectively service our customers within this territory.

Essential Functions:
- Calling on existing accounts, establishing new accounts by either cold calling or with leads supplied by the company within an assigned territory.
- Responsible for the sale, management, and implementing of product and marketing programs, forecasting of new and existing products.
- Provide knowledge of products and marketing strategies to diversified customer base.
- Support dealer retail and distributor sales activity to achieve maximum sales and market share in assigned territory. Maintain up to date information on assigned dealer accounts.
- Monitor and learn market area information and communicate information to Management. Up-sell and cross-sell, suggesting product substitutes where applicable.
- Execute sales and marketing programs and services.
- Handle customer complaints and exceptions requests with minimal management intervention.
- Maintain internal supportive working relationships with credit, technical service manager, customer service representative, inside sales partner, sales directors and marketing manager.
- Travel for sales calls to territory customers and attendance at regional RV shows, sales meetings, etc. as deemed appropriate.

Required Qualifications:
- HS diploma required, College degree in business or related field preferred
- 3-5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the RV industry
- Ability to travel Monday – Thursday with Friday being a working office day
- PC proficiency with Microsoft programs (Testing Required)
- Above average Excel experience required
- Power BI or Sales Force experience a plus
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Prior experience in Design Thinking, and the ability to apply methods to understand user needs, define problems, and generate solutions.
- Use intuition to identify patterns, anticipate user needs, and make effective decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients
- Develops innovative solutions by questioning assumptions and considering alternative perspectives
- Ability to independently make accurate decisions and analyze risk, while reasoning through issues and suggesting workable solutions
This position is 100% commission-based, allowing you to earn based on your performance and sales achievements. Actual earnings will depend on various factors, including your sales skills, experience, market conditions, and individual performance.
