Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical malfunctions in production machinery.
• Install, assemble, and commission new industrial equipment and systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for repairs and installations.
• Conduct precision adjustments and calibrations to optimize machine performance.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repairs, and parts used.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies during operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial production machinery.
• 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and hydraulic diagrams.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical control systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting experience
• Welding and fabrication proficiency
• Experience with CMMS software
• Robotics or automation system familiarity
