We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate limited Licensed Social Worker (LLMSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have evening availability and a a strong clinical skill set that allows them to work efficiently and independently. - Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Engage with the community by representing the clinic in a positive, professional way
- Masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Active license (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, LP) to practice in Michigan.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred but not required.
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus!)
- You'll be expected to maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits per week as a full-time therapist
- While there's flexibility for a partial remote schedule, you must be able to provide in-office counseling as well at least 4 days per week.
- You'll need to be willing to work with diverse populations including children ages 10+, teens and families.
- Some evenings and Saturdays may be required, though you'll have the flexibility to choose your preferred times.
- We offer regular one-on-one meetings with the clinical director, monthly team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

- Compensation includes a base salary plus fee split, ranging from $65,000 to $90,000+ or more based on experience and caseload.
