Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Install, adjust, and calibrate new production machinery and control systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all tasks.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and best practices in an industrial setting.
• High School Diploma/GED required; technical certification or Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Proficiency in basic welding or fabrication.
• HVAC or refrigeration system troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with basic PLC ladder logic and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
