What You'll Be Doing:

Building Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective TPO clients across the country.
Driving New Business: Utilize our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) to effectively engage with clients and facilitate new business development.
Client Onboarding and Training: Participate in onboarding and training new client Loan Officers (LOs) and processors.
Client Satisfaction: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Problem Resolution: Address client complaints promptly and aim for swift resolution.
Prospecting Powerhouse: Proactively gather contact information for prospective LOs, processors, and broker-owners through cold calls, emails, texts, and social media.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize business intelligence/analytics for enhanced client insights.
Brand Building: Harness marketing, CRM, and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and product offerings.
Reporting and Communication: Regularly report prospecting progress to Senior Leaders.

What You'll Bring:

Mortgage Sales Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of mortgage sales experience as an Account Executive.
Existing Network: Existing book of business preferred.
Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills for phone and virtual meetings.
Sales Acumen: Proficiency in market research, sales, and negotiation.
Mortgage Knowledge: Familiarity with mortgage products and guidelines; ability to quickly grasp new offerings.
Outgoing Personality: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Prospecting Drive: Willingness to dedicate significant time to prospecting and cold-calling.
