University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Homecare professional to join our team in Livonia, MI. In this role, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes, helping them to recover, improve mobility, and enhance their quality of life. You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, and coordination.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, assistive devices, and home safety techniques.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan.
• Previous experience in home health or outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in the Southeast MI Region.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

• Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $70.00 to $80.00,per visit, paid bi-weekly.
