About the Internship

Anytime Fitness is offering a Fitness Management Internship for college students pursuing degrees in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Management, Business, or Marketing. This program gives you hands-on experience in health and fitness management, preparing you for a career in the industry.

Interns will work directly with our Club Managers and training staff to learn how a successful fitness club operates. From member engagement to community events, you’ll gain valuable leadership and business skills while making a positive impact on people’s health and wellness.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome members, give tours, and deliver great customer service
• Support community events and outreach initiatives
• Assist with daily operations, including opening/closing procedures
• Learn about membership and training sales strategies
• Shadow managers to gain insight into leadership and club management
• Help manage member communications (phone, email, text, app)

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program in Exercise Science, Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or in any related field
• Passionate about fitness, health, and helping others succeed
• Friendly, outgoing, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• 18 years or older (driver’s license preferred)
