KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Internet Sales Coordinator is a master at establishing and keeping a book of business. As a Internet Sales Coordinator, you are responsible for gathering customer information, scheduling appointments, and keeping appointments while following up with all customers who have inquired about purchasing a vehicle. Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.

• Respond to all incoming internet inquiries and online chats.
• Provide continuous follow-up via phone and email throughout the customer's buying cycle.
• Set sales appointments for customers and assign to appropriate sales staff.
• Keep a daily log of appointments and communicate with management.
• Utilize dealership database for all customer contact, appointments, tracking and notes.
• Convey general information regarding current inventory or specials.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Prior Internet Sales Coordinator preferred but not required.
• Experience with the VIN Solutions CRM tool is a plus but not required.
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously and in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
