HYBRID- three days onsite (Monday and Friday - remote).

Required:

• BSME, BSEE, Computer science, math or physics.
• 2 years of related experience
• Knowledge of microcontroller architectures, memory technologies, and programming.
  • Understanding of hardware design and failure modes in electronic modules.
  • Knowledge of vehicle serial data communications.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in writing and comprehending software/hardware requirements.
  • Knowledge of software verification/validation processes.

This is product development for electronic modules. The Electrical Module HW DRE is responsible for definition of requirements, execution of design, analysis, development, testing and management of engineering projects for Electrical Module Components.

Responsible for the technical project management and design release of a wireless charging system. This includes managing supplier timing; running PDT meetings; issue investigation and resolution; ensuring part deliveries to benches, vehicle retrofits, and assembly plants.

Cost Control & Performance Reporting : Ability to prepare and present cost-benefit analyses , track performance metrics, and manage resources effectively.

This requires both analytical skills and business acumen to align engineering decisions with financial goals.
