We’re seeking a flexible, motivated, and people-focused HR Generalist to support multiple businesses with a wide range of HR responsibilities. As an HR Generalist , you’ll play a vital role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to benefits, compliance, and employee engagement. You’ll be part of a team that values growth, collaboration, and fostering a positive work culture. In this role, you’ll serve as the go-to human resources partner for employees and leadership, overseeing both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding – Manage recruitment, conduct interviews, and guide smooth onboarding experiences.
Benefits & Compensation – Administer employee benefits and support pay programs.
Employee Relations – Address concerns, manage conflicts, and conduct investigations when needed.
Performance Management – Support evaluations, feedback, and performance improvement systems.
Training & Development – Identify training needs, coordinate workshops, and foster professional growth.
Compliance & Policy Enforcement – Ensure policies are upheld and labor laws are met.
Employee Engagement – Develop initiatives to boost morale and workplace culture.
HR Operations – Maintain HR records and support day-to-day HR functions.
