Position Responsibilities

As a key member of our Back-of-House team, you will:

• Prepare and cook Chick-fil-A's quality products with accuracy and speed.

• Adhere strictly to all Chick-fil-A and local food safety and sanitation standards.

• Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area (dishwashing, general cleaning, etc.).

• Manage ingredient inventory and stock control.

• Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members and various positions.

Requirement: Black, non-slip restaurant shoes are required.

• No experience necessary! We train for success in our kitchen systems.

• A Positive Attitude and strong work ethic is a must.

• A true Team Player focused on kitchen collaboration.

• Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced environment for several hours.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (boxes of food/ingredients).

• 1 year of professional kitchen/cooking experience (preferred).

• Prior fast food experience (preferred).
