Commercial Door Technician
Cisco Inc. is looking for an experienced Commercial Door Technician in Lansing, MI. This position would report to our Door & Gate division located in Muskegon (2210 Roberts St, Muskegon, MI )
Full Time, 1st-Shift | Monday – Friday | Overtime and Weekends Availability Required
* Compensation starts at $25+, negotiable depending on experience

About Our Field Service Technicians:Our Door Technicians travel to customer locations, using a company van/truck, to provide the on-site client installations, repairs, and maintenance of all brands of sectional doors, rolling doors, and entry doors.
Qualifications :
- Have a Valid Driver’s License in Good Standing
- Possess a Strong Technical /Mechanical Aptitude
- 3+ years of Experience in Commercial and/or Residential Door Service
- Proficient with Hand and Power Tools
- Have Good Customer Relations Skills with Clear and Concise Language Skills
- Enjoy being part of a Team, but can Work Independently
- Utilize Technology such as a Laptop or Tablet
- Service, Maintenance, Repair, and Installation on Commercial Doors
- Troubleshoot Door Equipment, Mechanisms, Mechanical and Electrical Systems
- Knowledge of Gate Access Systems
- Coordinate with Parts and Service Department Daily
- Complete Work Orders in a Timely Manner
- Follow All Safety Procedures within Cisco Inc’s Guidelines
- Perform any Other Duties as Assigned
