We are a leading distribution center in the state of Michigan. We are dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional experiences to our customers through dynamic and innovative design. We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Driven Design: You would be working in conjunction with our Marketing team to build powerful, creative, inventive and unique social media posts for various products, events and other promotions. All while ensuring content aligns with each of brands established brand identity and marketing strategies.
- Adapt and apply artwork across a multitude of formats: Reconfigure existing brand assets and illustrations to fit a wide range of physical and digital applications - including store displays, wall wraps, merchandise, posters, flyers, banners and more.
- Building and Maintaining Product Mockups: You will be designing high-quality mockups of our various products using adobe photoshop to build interchangeable templates to maintain brand consistency.
- Design Sales and Marketing Business to Business Collateral: Assist in the creation of branded menus and sales tools that communicate our various brands visual identity.

- Effectively manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design assets.
- Stay updated on design trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to continually improve and innovate our design approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide design recommendations, and deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with a willingness to learn.
- Strong ability to adapt and shift focus daily.
- Ability to follow and apply brand guidelines consistently.
- Create visually appealing and engaging designs using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for branding, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to packaging, social media content, website elements, and print collateral.
- Stay updated on design trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to continually improve and innovate our design approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide design recommendations, and deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Effectively manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design assets.
Education & Background:
Familiarity with creating content for social media platforms, especially instagram.
Experience or interest in the cannabis industry is a plus but, not a requirement.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
