About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Riverside Healthcare Center, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment. Your primary focus will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their treatment journey. Minimum Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in acute or long-term care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
• Advanced certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare team environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Previous experience in a business services or healthcare administration setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patient responses.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to develop and update individualized care plans.
• Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and staff training programs.
