Aspen Medical has an exciting opportunity for Lab Techs to partner with us in providing quality medical care to patients throughout the Unites States and around the world. Today’s opportunity will allow Lab Techs alongside fellow team members to deliver the utmost competent care with compassion to the patient population located in the additional locations:

Jefferson, GA., Kansas City, MO., Merrillville, IN., Merrimack, NH., Nashville TN., New Braunfels TX., Oklahoma City, OK., Port Allen, LA., Salt Lake City, UT., San Antonio, TX., Scranton, PA., Shakopee, MN., Social Circle, GA., Stafford, VA., Tremont, PA.



Requirements:
Education:

• Successful completion of a full-time training course of approximately a year's duration in a medical or clinical laboratory assistant (or technician), or successful completion of an associate degree course of study of which the 2nd year of the 2-year program included successful completion of a training course of approximately a year's duration in a certified laboratory assistant school approved by a nationally recognized accrediting agency that included instruction in chemistry, hematology, blood banking, and microbiology (including serology), or Bachelor’s degree of Medical Laboratory Science (or equivalent) in which the program included instruction in chemistry, hematology, blood banking, and microbiology (including serology)

License:

• Current, valid certification from American Medical Technologist (AMT) or American Society of Clinical Pathology – Board of Certification (ASCP-BOC) as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), or Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT) is preferred
• If required by the state in which the applicant is living/working, a current, valid, and unrestricted license or registration from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States is required; otherwise, if not required by the state, it is preferred

Experience:

• A minimum of three (3) years of recent, relevant, related experience
• Knowledge in infection control, quality assurance, and OSHA/HIPAA compliance

Federal & Administrative Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for the position
• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background investigation
• Must be current on all required immunizations
• Required to complete all mandatory training and clinical skills verification within 90 days of onboarding
