THE TYPE OF ROOFING ESTIMATION SPECIALIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of prior roofing experience
• Comfortability with numbers

As our Roofing Estimation Specialist, you start each day with thorough on-site roof evaluations, meticulously documenting the condition, measurements, and unique features of each structure. Back at the office, you analyze project blueprints and specifications to accurately identify the scope of work and materials needed. Using advanced estimating software, you calculate material and labor costs to create precise, competitive estimates. You then compile your findings into clear and professional reports, empowering clients and internal teams with the information they need to proceed confidently. You stay updated on the latest roofing technologies and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing. By collaborating closely with project managers, sales, and other departments, your expertise sets a solid foundation for every job as an estimator, ensuring we start strong.
