Business Analyst

This company is looking to hire an IT Business Analyst with 3 months - 2 years of experience. This includes internship experience. This role is hybrid in Lansing so please only apply if you are local!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and define business requirements and rules based on business decisions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to implement and support business requirements.
• Gather and analyze information from various sources (interviews, workshops, surveys, documentation).
• Translate high-level information into detailed, actionable requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business, technology, and QA teams.
• Coordinate and support testing efforts.
• Organize and lead meetings across departments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to learn and understand business processes.

Proficiency with PCs and business software.

Ability to learn new tools and manage multiple assignments. Work Environment & Benefits

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
