Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
• Oversee all repair and troubleshooting activities to minimize production downtime.
• Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency (OEE).
• Ensure all maintenance operations comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Utilize and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for planning, scheduling, and tracking.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with CMMS software and implementation of preventative/predictive maintenance programs.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial machinery, electrical systems, PLCs, and automation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience with budgeting, spare parts inventory management, and vendor relations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proven experience implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience maintaining automated systems, robotics, or PLCs
