Your responsibilities

• Performs weighing and labeling of ingredients for the blending and liquid processing areas with computerized inventory systems (WINS, SAP).
• Accurately maintains computerized documents.
• Assures proper quantity of pre-weighed materials are available and used.
• Adds ingredients to blender manually and automatically (DeltaV).
• Makes sanitary connections for CIP, COP, and other forms of cleaning.
• Unload, inspect and hook-up Super Sacks of dry blended materials.
• Complete all necessary transactions, reports, and documentation.
• Perform assigned preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Disassemble and assemble machinery for product change overs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Must be able to use independent judgement and work well with a team.

The experience we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus
• Previous experience in a food packaging department a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk/stand for long periods of time

US salary ranges

Starting pay $24/hour

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
