We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Travel Consultant to join our team at Pearlsandstarstravel. Our company specializes in creating unforgettable all-inclusive vacations for our clients, and we are looking for someone with a passion for travel and a deep knowledge of the all-inclusive market to assist our clients in planning their dream vacations.

As a Remote Travel Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing exceptional customer service and creating personalized travel experiences for our clients. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, researching and booking all-inclusive vacations, and providing expert advice and recommendations based on their individual needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong relationships with them to understand their travel preferences and needs

- Research and book all-inclusive vacations, including flights, accommodations, and activities, based on clients' budget and preferences

- Provide expert advice and recommendations on all-inclusive resorts and destinations

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new developments in the all-inclusive vacation market

- Handle all aspects of the booking process, including invoicing, payments, and documentation

- Handle any customer service issues or concerns that may arise during the booking process or while clients are on their vacation

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for our clients

- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Travel Consultant, preferably with a focus on all-inclusive vacations

- Strong knowledge of the all-inclusive vacation market, including popular destinations, resorts, and packages

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of clients

- Proficient in using travel booking systems and tools

- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Passion for travel and a willingness to learn and adapt to new destinations and resorts

- Availability to work full-time, with some flexibility for evening and weekend hours as needed
