Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exciting opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive support across a K-12 caseload in a school setting located in Ypsilanti, MI. This full-time contract position offers maternity leave coverage with potential for extension, serving students throughout the entire school year.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology, Experience Level Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or qualified as a School-based SLP
• Proven ability to deliver assessment, individualized therapy, and progress monitoring for a diverse K-12 student population
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with school-based protocols, documentation, and compliance requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and create tailored therapy plans to address speech and language challenges across grades K through 12
• Implement evidence-based interventions focused on improving communication skills for students with speech-language impairments
• Monitor student progress, maintain detailed records, and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and staff to support an inclusive learning environment

Location and Contract Details:

• Position located in Ypsilanti, MI
• Full-time, school year contract with maternity leave coverage and the possibility to extend
• Two openings available to support the student community
