Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train assembly line personnel.
• Ensure daily production targets are met efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain high-quality standards for all assembled products.

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize workflow and identify areas for process improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing assembly environment, with 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, quality control standards, and blueprint/schematic interpretation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to meet production targets and quality metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for team interaction and reporting.
• Commitment to safety protocols and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
• Experience in cross-functional project leadership
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics (CAD)
