Production Maintenance Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 to $26.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Sunday through Thursday )

• We have openings on first and third shift.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs.
• Assist with equipment setup and teardown for operations or events
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve safety and efficiency
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies

Production Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required (technical certification or degree preferred)
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
• Experience with high-pressure die casting preferred
• Experience working with CNC machines preferred
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
